If we don't already know/understand it, our consortium is researching it:

  • A roadmap is developed and maintained by a diverse group of member companies (list). Based on this research topics of particular importance are identified and selected. The actual work is managed and performed by a dedicated team of staff and university researchers at our Advanced Process Laboratory.

  • Deliverables include materials and reliability data, test methods and protocols, design and yield optimization software, ‘how to’ cook-books, process guides and manuals, as well as full access to the researchers for knowledge transfer and interpretation.
  •

Consortium membership gets you access to:

  • Solutions to a range of particular concern to the industry
  • Results of ongoing research on a range of critical issues
  • Results of 14 years of research on area array assembly and reliability (details
  • On-site meetings, web casts, extensive documentation, manuals and process guides, direct contact with research team.
  • Interaction, networking, and roadmap development with other industry experts from across the world.
  •  Cost: Ongoing membership is $50k annually. That covers your entire company and all consortium benefits. The first year is $75k to cover all knowledge generated over the previous years, as well as support in navigating this and otherwise 'catching up' with current members.
